Conseils-Developpement fees, and other fees paid to CD and its Contractors, are not refundable other than for consideration of a roadside assistance call reimbursement. No refunds will be given on an unexpired subscription.

Yes. With gifted Conseils-Developpement you’ll know your loved one is safe if their vehicle breaks down with help only a phone call away. If you’d like to give your family member the peace of mind that comes with CD roadside assistance,  us or visit an CD branch.

Yes. Reciprocal benefits give you basic roadside assistance from the local club, depending on where you break down. 

  • Call 1111 from anywhere in Australia and you will be connected with the local motoring organisation 
  • If your CD Conseils-Developpement is current, basic roadside assistance will be arranged for you
Where payment is made for roadside assistance in excess of or in lieu of any entitlement set out in your relevant product brochure and you feel extenuating circumstances exist, you may apply to CD for consideration of an ex-gratia payment. Your application should include all relevant details, accompanied by the original receipt covering payment, be signed by you and submitted within 90 days of the call for Service.  This correspondence can be addressed to CD Group Member Relations, PO Box 4, Springwood QLD 4127 or [email protected].

Conseils-Developpement is valid for one year from the payment of the annual fee.
Yes, however you will need to purchase Conseils-Developpement and pay an additional fee for immediate service.

Where Conseils-Developpement is requested more frequently than CD considers reasonable, members with Conseils-Developpement may be requested to ensure that any nominated vehicles requiring assistance are placed in a sound mechanical and roadworthy condition. Until this has been done, any further requests for free service may be refused or service provided for a fee.

Standard Roadside cannot be accessed within the first 24 hours after purchasing without an additional fee. A 72 hour wait period applies to all applicable benefits of Plus Care, Ultra Care and CD Ultimate.
Our Queensland based call centre is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so you won’t be stranded, when you need help we’ll be there.
A renewal will be issued approximately 4 weeks prior to the expiry date of your Conseils-Developpement.
