To activate an CD Bank credit card, log in to card services at or phone 00 912 667.

Once activated, your card will be ready to use immediately.

 

Do you need to activate a Visa Debit or rediCARD?

 
  • If your CD Bank credit card, ATM PIN or TPIN is lost or stolen you should immediately Card Services on 00 912 667 or if you are overseas +612 8288 2818 (ask an international operator to reverse the charges).
  • We can cancel and replace your card within 48 hours.
  • You can also report your lost or stolen card to any financial institution displaying the Mastercard symbol.

To activate your new card, you need to:

  1. Register for Card Services online at cardservicesdirect.com.au/register
  2. Log into Card Services Online and go to Services>My profile>Card Activation to activate.

Emergency card replacement

If your card is lost or stolen, in most cases we can cancel and replace your card within 48 hours in almost any location, free of charge. If you are overseas you can report the loss to any bank or financial institution displaying a Mastercard sign.

If you have noticed transactions on your Visa Debit or rediCARD statement that:

  • You don’t recognise;
  • Don’t match the payment amount;
  • Are recurring debits that were previously cancelled;
  • Are duplicated; or
  • Are for goods that have not arrived;

Call us immediately on or visit your nearest CD Bank branch Where we are able to, we will commence an investigation into your dispute and send you a letter to inform you of the outcome.

If the account has been closed, you may nominate a different account to be credited should your disputed transaction be paid.

To report an ATM shortpay, you may fill out our ATM cash discrepancy form or drop into an CD Bank branch, bringing as much information as you can about the dispute. We will begin an investigation and let you know as soon as we can of the outcome.

The 0% p.a. promotional interest rate applies to balances transferred with this offer at the point of application, for a period of 14 months for the CD Platinum Rewards Credit Card and 12 months for the CD Low Rate Credit Card once the balance transfer is processed. At the end of the promotional period, any outstanding transferred balances will revert to the variable Annual Percentage Rate for cash advances, currently 21.74% p.a. Your total balance transfers with this offer may not exceed 80% of your credit limit.
