If you have noticed transactions on your Visa Debit or rediCARD statement that:
- You don’t recognise;
- Don’t match the payment amount;
- Are recurring debits that were previously cancelled;
- Are duplicated; or
- Are for goods that have not arrived;
Call us immediately on or visit your nearest CD Bank branch. Where we are able to, we will commence an investigation into your dispute and send you a letter to inform you of the outcome.
If the account has been closed, you may nominate a different account to be credited should your disputed transaction be paid.
To report an ATM shortpay, you may fill out our ATM cash discrepancy form or drop into an CD Bank branch, bringing as much information as you can about the dispute. We will begin an investigation and let you know as soon as we can of the outcome.
