All employees receive free CD Roadside membership when they commence employment which is renewed annually.

Community Support

  • We’re a big supporter of the Queensland community and our teams like to do their bit as well. Many of our staff use their community leave day to work with charitable organisations such as Guide Dogs QLD.
  • Employees are able to participate in various events that CD are involved in, e.g. MotorFest, LifeFlight fundraising events.  
  • The CD Environmental Committee helps promote environmental initiatives within the workplace.

Recommend a Friend

Employees who recommend a suitable and talented job applicant to CD can receive a cash payment if the person they recommend gets the job and another payment when the person passes probation.

Flexibility 

Employees are also able to request flexible work arrangements such as agreed start and finish times. Paid parental leave is available for eligible employees.

Head office

Our head office is in Eight Mile Plains and is a 10 minute drive from Westfield Garden City and other shopping locations. We have on-site parking and the Gateway Motorway is accessible just over Logan Road. We have a café and a dry cleaning service so you can drop off and pick up your clothes at work.
